Week 2 QB Results

Ahh, back to normalcy. Tom Brady back on top with Drew Brees way up there and… Trevor Siemian? Okay, well, at least Carr, Rodgers, and Roethlisberger all made it into the top 10.

I’m also noticing that some of my QB scores that I calculate from footballdb.com and TheHuddle.com are off by a point from what I can see in my league at Yahoo. That’s a little disturbing. It’s likely something to do with how sacks are recorded since when I see it (less than half of the QBs) it’s exactly 1 point. Distressing. I’ll have to track this down later.

Let’s see how each model did last week:

Tough break for Model A. From best last week to worst this week. Not unlike how my fantasy team did.

Model F, though, remains consistently good. That’s the new model to beat this week, and the model off of which I’ll base my QB decisions. Though, to be fair, I’ve been going more with my gut (i.e., Stafford) these last two weeks and it’s paid off alright so far.
